Why does every site need updates?

Outdated plugins are the most common way sites get hacked, and one hacked site can put the whole server at risk. That's why every site we host gets a Care Plan or Hosting + Updates.

What's the difference between a Care Plan and Hosting + Updates?

Hosting + Updates only keeps your software updated. If an update breaks something, we roll it back. Care Plans add monthly hours for changes and fixes, plus reports and priority support on Growth.

Is hosting included?

Yes. Hosting is included in every Care Plan. New website projects also get their first year of hosting free.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Monthly hours reset each month. If you need more, on-demand work is $110/h, or 5 hours for $475.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Pay for the year and get 12 months for the price of 10.

Can I cancel?

Yes, with 5 days' written notice before your next billing date.
